You may use Forum only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, credentials, and the content you or your users add to Forum.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Forum. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content to provide the service.

You must have the necessary rights to upload or share content through Forum.

You may not use Forum to break the law, violate others' rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or abuse infrastructure.

We may suspend or remove access if we believe an account creates risk, violates these terms, or may harm Forum or others.

Paid plans, usage limits, pricing, and billing terms are shown at purchase or inside the product. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.

Forum is evolving. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Beta or experimental features may change quickly and may be provided with limited support.

Forum is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forum and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
